All Zucchetti products are subject to functional tests during each step of the production process to provide the most accurate quality performances.
All items are guaranteed in accordance  with the applicable laws concerning warranty in the country where the buyer's registered office is , for purchases attested by official receipt.

The warranty covers the following cases:

- casting, porosity and chrome plating defects
- manufacturing defects recognized by our technical department

The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

- deterioration of surface finishes (chrome plated or different) due to use of cleaning  agents containing acids or abrasive substances; the duration in fact depends on the attention and care which they are handled by users 
- damages caused by improper installation
- damages caused by improper use of the fittings
- repair and maintenance made incorrectly and without previous Company authorization

Zucchetti warranty cannot be renewed.
