CHALET CANELLE - Kappl
Located on a steep mountain slope, this structure is a testament to contemporary alpine architecture, with the layout of each apartment designed to take advantage of the panoramic views. Interiors employ locally sourced materials inspired by the natural surroundings – stone, wood, glass and fur. It was important that each apartment receives its individual identity while preserving the character of the whole building.
UNICO HOTEL - Madrid
The Unico Hotel is located in a palace built in the 19th century as a luxurious private residence in the Salamanca district, at the center of the "Golden Mile”, in the heart of Madrid. In 2010 the building has been completely transformed into a hotel, designed by the architect Aurelio Rubio.
The elegant façade (protected as a heritage of fine arts) hides a sophisticated architecture that includes 44 modern rooms and suites with high ceilings and large windows.
The echo of the ancient palace is still showing, for example, in the central staircase embellished with beautiful contemporary works of Jacinto Moros or in the original marble tiles present in the public areas. This majestic elegance blends perfectly with modern furnishings, in warm and neutral colors (grey, stone, ...), with raw materials and warm textiles (linen, velvet, silk ...) and cozy corners both in public areas and in the rooms. The interior design was followed by the famous designer Manolo Manon.
The hotel has a secluded garden with a modern lounge area protected by vertical green and heated by a spectacular outdoor fireplace.
The hotel offers the best services: it is equipped with a library, conference rooms, fitness area and a spa suite.
LA RESERVE - Ramatuelle
Located in a peaceful corner of the Côte d'Azur, La Réserve is a world away from the buzz of neighboring Saint-Tropez. Architect Jean-Michel Wilmotte's transformation of the 1970s structure has not diluted the modernist magic of the original building. Wilmotte has simply reconfigured it, and reclothed it in a sandier hue. The 16 suites and seven regular rooms have all have a terrace or a herb-filled garden. The ochre and white interiors, with furniture by renowned design companies, are planned around the Mediterranean view - even the bathtubs look out to sea.
But the hotel's real trump card is its spa, which boasts 1,000 sq m of light-filled space.
This hotel is a world apart, suspended between sky and earth, in an exceptional natural environment.

STARY HOTEL - Krakow
A dilapidated old mansion has been brought back to life by architect Adam Pulwicky team, transforming it in the Hotel Stary, opened in June 2006. It has immediately taken its place as one of the top spots in town.
Hotel Stary is located in the heart of the old city Krakow. Modernity and comfort have been combined to create an extraordinary atmosphere. Unique furniture design, different kinds of exotic wood, best quality marble, oriental carpets, natural silk have all been used to create an unforgettable interior.
Swimming pools, fitness club, sauna and salt cave are located on −1 level in historical cellars of the building and the hotel offers 46 rooms, 4 suites and 3 luxury suites.
The architect's team has gone for a contemporary approach, although many rooms also have charming relics from the days when the building was a private residence.

Stormwater is captured and used for landscape irrigation. The project's environmental attributes contribute to a LEED Gold certification.
